Country Manager - Thailand (m/f/x)

Your tasks:
Your main task will be to manage and develop our dynamic and motivated sales and service team, focusing primarily on Thailand but eventually expanding throughout Southeast Asia. As a hands-on manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales and service team, ensuring the successful promotion and sale of our technically advanced, consultation-intensive products, and for supporting our high-end customer base in the region. A key focus will be to realize the strong sales potential in Southeast Asia. In addition to driving sales and increasing brand awareness for HAIMER, you will ensure regular reporting of business performance in line with company objectives. We offer a responsible and challenging role with performance-based compensation and the support of a worldwide leader in the precision milling industry.
Location: Home office in Bangkok or Chonburi
Your Profile:
- Technical background and expertise primarily in tool holding, cutting tool and/or machine tool industry
- Proven success in sales in the above mentioned field
- The ability to work independently, an entrepreneurial mindset and a customer service orientation
- Managerial responsibility
- Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and a self-confident manner at the customer
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Willingness for high volume travel in Southeast Asia
