The Customer Service Representative at Haimer USA works closely with the Sales Team on processing incoming sales orders. In addition to regular interaction with customers via phone and email, this role also communicates with other departments within HAIMER to ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires a high level of professionalism, integrity and punctuality. The position involves processing incoming sales orders for all HAIMER products and managing logistical requirements in collaboration with the warehouse team. Additionally, the role includes reviewing orders for accuracy and addressing any inaccuracies in coordination with the Sales team. The successful candidate will correspond with customers regarding order progress and will be responsible for answering any inquiries they may have. Furthermore, the individual will produce invoices for all orders and submit them to the customer’s accounting department. Working closely with the Technical Team on install scheduling is also a key responsibility. The role requires monitoring shipments and deliveries while providing ongoing updates to the customer, as well as to the Sales and Technical teams. Lastly, assisting the accounting team with payment collections is an important aspect of this position.
