Your tasks

As the Warehouse Manager at Haimer USA, you are responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. This also involves supervising, training, and evaluating warehouse staff to maintain high performance. Furthermore, you will coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to streamline logistics and coordinate all outbound shipping – both domestic and international. Further tasks are optimizing inventory control processes, maintaining a safe and organized work environment and ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Additional responsibilities are maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits and ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
