Haimer GmbH may update or amend these conditions at any time. If the websites contain any more specific stipulations, these take precedence over the stipulations of these usage conditions.

We cannot however accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness or actuality of such contents, especially concerning technical information (DIN/ISO factory standard changes etc. Our website contains links to external websites operated by third parties, over whose contents we have no control. We can therefore accept no liability for the contents of such outside websites. The relevant provider or operator is solely responsible for the contents of such linked websites. Linked websites are checked for possible legal infringements at the time of creation of the link. There were no identifiable illegal contents at the time of creation of the link. The use of the exclusive online contents (STP- and DXF Downloads, Webcasts and PDFS) of the HAIMER websites requires a registration free of charge. This is done by creating a user account and the approval of these terms and conditions.
Personal data are to be indicated completely and correctly during the process of registration. If the given data changes after registration the user is obligated to correct the data in her/his account immediately. HAIMER reserves the right to exclude a user from using the exclusive online contents permanently. This  applies in particular, if the user indicated incorrect contact details. With his registration the user agrees to receive communications from HAIMER concerning the registered area. The user can change his notification preferences any time.

The use of the exclusive online contents is a free of charge service for our customers, which is not part of any potential contractual agreement. It is therefore re-emphasised that we do not guarantee for the correctness, completeness and up to dateness of this data. This applies in particular for the use of STP- and DXF-files for simulations in CAD-Programms and the subsequent integration of this data into a production environment. The use and assessment of this data remains in sole responsibility of the customer. HAIMER reccomends an independent verification of the data, as coniderable damage could be caused in case of failure. HAIMER expressly disclaims all liabilities for these damages!
