In the Safe-Lock (Safe-λock^®; S-λ^®) System, special drive keys in the chuck and grooves in the tool shank prevent the milling cutter from spinning during extreme machining or that it is pulled out of the chuck.

Duo-Lock provides maximum stability and load capacity through a proprietary thread design with a double cone bond.

The mechanical data carrier locking system locks the data carrier by a form and press fit into the tool holder. Especially for higher rpm the new system provides high process reliability.

With the help of the developed Power Shrink Chuck, far greater metal removal volumes and a significantly longer tool life can be achieved, for example in aluminum machining.

The Power Collet Chucks are Collet Chucks designed for high speed cutting (HSC) – an alternative to the reinforced shrink fit chucks of the Power Series. Power Collet Chucks offer a reinforced wall thickness and extra rigid outer contour and are therefore stable and resistant to vibrations.
